James Boyd-Phillips is Director, Central London Workspace on the Asset Management team. His primary role is to act as the liaison between the fund team and the asset management team to ensure the creation and implementation of LaSalle’s business plans. He also enhances the relationship between LaSalle and many of the key retail occupiers to ensure the future performance of the clients assets.
James has been with LaSalle since 2010 where he was recruited as National Director and Assistant Fund Manager for one of the larger pension fund mandates. He moved into his current role in April 2013. James’ prior experience has included development, investment and funding in some of the UK’s most successful niche real estate organizations.
James holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth, and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge as well as the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
