Alexandre Arhuis-Grumbach

Alexandre Arhuis-Grumbach is Executive Director, Head of Transactions Europe Core and Core+ Strategies. He is chairing the weekly Allocation Committee. His role is to source and complete real estate transactions on behalf of the Core and Core+ European Funds and Separate Accounts managed by LaSalle. He is managing a team of ten professionals across five countries.

Prior to his current role, Alex was Head of Encore+ Transactions at LaSalle, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and the dispositions of Encore+, the largest pan European open-ended Fund managed by LaSalle in Europe. Alex was involved in more than 30 transactions representing €3.2 billion. These transactions occurred in seven different countries across the entire risk spectrum and various typologies (office, retail, logistics, residential and hotel). Alex joined LaSalle in 2010 in the Fund Management team of a pan European Value-Add vehicle. Then he became Portfolio Manager of a Shariah compliant Separate Account invested in Germany and Italy. As of 2016, he was Deal Leader in the French acquisitions team.

Alex is fluent in English and a native French speaker. He hold a MSc in Civil Engineering from French school ESTP and a MSc in Real Estate Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holder of the AMF certificate from the French financial markets regulator.
