Matt Sgrizzi is Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle Global Solutions (Indirect Investments) and the Lead Global Portfolio Manager of LaSalle Securities focusing on the specialty sector. Matt also serves as Chair of the Portfolio Management Oversight Committee of LaSalle Securities and is a member of Global Solutions Advisory Committee.
Matt joined LaSalle’s Securities group in 2002. Throughout his career in real estate securities, he has covered and analyzed all property types and regions in the listed universe. Matt has served as a securities analyst, Deputy Portfolio Manager and European Portfolio manager and spent five years in the LaSalle Amsterdam office. Prior to his time in Amsterdam, he held responsibilities as an analyst covering US lodging companies, Asia Pacific listed property companies and overall global portfolio management.
Matt graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
