Ethan is an Associate Vice President at LaSalle Debt Investors and is responsible for assisting in loan originations, property underwriting, and asset management of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors. He has originated and underwrote over US $500 million first mortgage loans for multifamily, industrial and office properties across the US. Ethan also works closely with the Investor Relations team at LaSalle on all debt products.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Ethan worked at Marcus & Millichap, where he assisted the multi-family brokerage team covering Colorado.
Ethan graduated from the University of Denver in 2019. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
