The LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (LaSalle KVG) is a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) designed to meet the specific needs of German investors. It is regulated by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdiensleistungsaufsicht, or “BaFin”) and licensed under the German investment law.

A key advantage of using a KVG structure is the streamlined administration and compliance functions. For investors who use the LaSalle KVG, we manage interactions with our depository bank, accountancy firm, financial regulators and multiple international valuation agencies. KVGs can also provide investors with the reassurance that comes with knowing their investments are being managed and measured in line with BaFin regulations.
