Benjamin Daley

Benjamin Daley is a Senior Vice President of LaSalle Global Solutions. He is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiation and execution of new opportunities, as well as portfolio and asset management duties on behalf of a series of separate accounts focused on co-investments, joint ventures, and other indirect strategies. His additional responsibilities include client relationship management, client reporting, presentation responsibilities and assistance in pursuing of potential new business.

Benjamin joined LaSalle in 2014, where he was responsible for acquisition of direct investments for LaSalle’s various funds and separate account clients active in Australia for eight years prior to his current role with LaSalle Global Solutions. Benjamin has been a representative on LaSalle’s Asia Pacific Regional Operational Risk Committee, LaSalle’s Asia Pacific Data and Technology Committee and LaSalle’s Asia Pacific Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining LaSalle, Benjamin worked as a Commercial Valuer at m3 Property Strategists providing valuation appraisals and strategic advice to local and international real estate investment managers, superannuation funds, financiers, syndicates, private owners and developers. Benjamin began his career in Real Estate in 2008.

Benjamin holds an Masters of Business Administration (Technology) with Honors Excellence from the University of New South Wales, as well as Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Development) from the University of Queensland.
