Blake Loveless is Head of Value-Add Investments for LaSalle in Europe, and also serves as Head of Acquisitions for LaSalle Value Partners Europe III. He joined LaSalle in September 2021 to lead the growth of the European value-add business.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Blake was the founder of Jackyl Limited, a pan-European real estate investment manager and operating partner based in London. He was responsible for deal sourcing, capital raising and JV negotiation, as well as overseeing asset management and business plan execution. From mid-2018 to mid-2020, Jackyl successfully deployed equity across various Western European cities in partnership with private equity, hedge fund and ultra-high-net worth investors. Before that, he was Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at Meyer Bergman (now MARK), where he served on the investment committee. He was responsible for transactions across Europe, targeting opportunistic and value-add returns through strategic acquisitions and active asset management. He built and oversaw the acquisitions team, as well as sourced, executed and exited deals across various property types in gateway cities in Western Europe. Blake began his career in the European real estate private equity industry in 2006.
Blake is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (cum laude).
