Brian Sullivan is Manging Director, Capital Markets Europe at LaSalle. He is primarily responsible for managing the financing of real estate and debt investments across Europe, as well as our current borrowing book.
Brian began his real estate career in 1998 and joined LaSalle from Hilltop Credit Partners/Round Hill Capital in London, where he was CIO and a Fund Manager, responsible for assisting in the development of new credit strategies, fund raising, and the expansion of the lending platform. Prior to that, he was with Regent Properties in Los Angeles and Deutsche Bank in both London and Hong Kong. Brian has extensive experience in managing the debt process from sourcing of new credit facilities, refinancing, securitization, back-leverage, and restructuring.
Brian holds a Master’s Degrees in Public Policy with an emphasis in Urban Development and Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine. He also is a certified public accountant.
