Craig Oram

Craig Oram is the Fund Manager of LaSalle Debt Investors. He oversees all facets of the business including loan originations, underwriting, asset management and investor relations. Craig has been a senior leader and member of the investment committee at LaSalle Debt Investors since 2010.

Since joining the firm in 2005, he has been directly involved in the origination and asset management of over US $4 billion in debt investments. Prior to joining LaSalle Debt Investors, Craig was a Director in the New York office of Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, a middle market investment bank. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions, as well as providing specialized corporate finance advice.

Craig received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Economics degree from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).
