Enda Ryder is a European Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Associate, working across direct and indirect investments. This role sees him use his technical expertise to aid the European business in working towards its NZC aspirations. Delivering against these aspirations requires a deep understanding of both fund and asset-level NZC pathways, an understanding which is continually deepened by leveraging the significant dataset created by the widespread roll-out of LaSalle’s Net Zero Carbon audit program.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Enda was a consultant with Verco, a leading NZC consultancy in the UK, which gave him vital experience in identifying and actioning energy savings within commercial real estate. This role involved a mix of ongoing energy management and creating asset-specific paths to Net Zero performance for a host of clients from investment managers to local authorities. Prior to his time in consultancy, Enda spent time within a design engineering team in Arup’s Dublin office, working on a variety of projects from healthcare assets to datacentres.
Enda graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.A.I. and M.A.I., respectively).
