Hina is a Senior Research Analyst within LaSalle Investment Management’s European Research and Strategy team based in London. Her main responsibility involves the coverage of the retail sector and sub-sectors which includes forecasting, and providing support to the underwriting process in addition to presenting strategic insights to investment teams. Next to the sector coverage, she is also responsible for the quarterly research reports to various funds at LaSalle and the main author to the Market View, a quarterly deck that informs investors about recent economic and real estate trends.
Prior to starting her role at LaSalle in April 2022, she was a Research and Analytics Analyst at INREV (European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate) where she covered the Asset Level Index and provided support for various research outputs. Prior to that, she gained her first experience in the real estate industry by completing two internships in Real Estate Equity Research at Kempen & Co, and Investment Solutions at Aegon Asset Management.
Hina holds a BSc in International Business Administration and an MSc in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She is also a dual Japanese and Thai national.
