James is a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Debt Investors and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and asset management of debt investments across all commercial real estate property sectors.
Prior to joining LaSalle in 2019, James was a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank’s Real Estate Merchant Banking group, focused on opportunistic executions across the full capital stack (i.e., stretch-senior debt, mezzanine debt, and preferred/common equity) and structured financing vehicles (i.e., distressed loan pool financing, loan-on-loan financing, repo facilities, and leveraged buyouts). During his time at Wells Fargo Bank, James was responsible for assisting in underwriting, closing, and managing the bank’s key private equity relationships including Lone Star Funds and Blackstone.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a certificate in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
