Kevin Kong

Kevin is a Director in the Debt and Value-Add Strategies team, where he is responsible for value-add deal origination and execution across Europe.

He has extensive experience in the European real estate industry across all property sectors and geographies. Before joining LaSalle in 2022, Kevin worked at UBS Asset Management in their London office, where he was primarily focused on spearheading non-fund investments (JVs, co-investments, programmatic ventures and fund formations) in Europe. Prior to that, he worked for over eight years at Meyer Bergman, a pan-European real estate private equity manager, where he was a Senior Vice President in the acquisitions team. He began his career in Citibank London within the EMEA Real Estate and Lodging team, where he covered European M&A and debt transactions for a wide range of clients and investors.

Kevin holds a Master of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. He is a CFA Charterholder.
