Max Walmsley is a Senior Portfolio Manager for LaSalle Encore+. He is responsible for transactions and value-add projects within the Encore+ portfolio. He also leads the Fund’s sustainability strategy, coordinating decarbonisation, energy-saving and climate risk-mitigation initiatives.
Max joined LaSalle in 2017 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. Prior to LaSalle, Max spent over five years at CBRE in London working on the land assembly and planning phases of large mixed-use developments.
Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University College London and a Master of Science in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of the ULI European Sustainability Council.
