Melody is a Vice President of LaSalle Debt Investors (Formerly Latitude Management Real Estate Investors). She is responsible for the reporting and compliance functions for all funds, ESG objectives and financing facilities such Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs). Melody is also responsible for sourcing, pricing and closing of securities such as CMBS and CRE CDO. Since joining the Company, she has been involved in closing of over $200 million in securities.
Melody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and holds a Real Estate Brokers License.
