Miriam Ruhl is Sustainability Manager for Continental Europe at LaSalle. She is focused on integrating sustainability into each stage of the asset life cycle through the development of tools and the implementation of policies and procedures. Miriam closely works with the various teams on sustainability matters and especially supports the fund managers in developing fund level sustainability strategies and the asset managers in producing asset level sustainability plans. She also ensures compliance with European ESG regulations and is leading on the annual GRESB assessments.
Previously, she was a fund manager for two of LaSalle’s pan-European funds from 2011 to 2020. Before joining LaSalle in 2011, Miriam spent three years at Ernst & Young Real Estate where she was performing and verifying valuations both for real estate portfolios and individual assets across Europe.
Miriam graduated from University of Regensburg (Germany) with a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, she graduated from the International Real Estate Business School as a Real Estate Economist.
