Nick Holzinger is LaSalle’s Global Funds Counsel and joined the firm at the beginning of 2021. He leads the global team responsible for all legal aspects of the fund-raising life cycle (product development, fund structuring, project management for the fund launch, marketing, fund documentation, and investor onboarding). This includes existing and new products across LaSalle’s global platform (especially commingled funds and tailored cross-border separate accounts).
Nick is a fully qualified lawyer (Germany), trained real estate economist (EMSc.) and Chartered Surveyor. He graduated from the Universities of Munich and Regensburg (International Real Estate Business School), and the University of California Berkeley. Nick is Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in the United Kingdom and a former member of RICS’s European board.
Nick has more than 25 years post qualification experience in the fund and real estate industry. Prior to joining LaSalle, Nick worked for real estate investment and asset managers in different roles (General Counsel, COO, Head of Transactions) and was a partner in an international UK law firm.
