Tom Lewis is a Fund Manager in LaSalle’s UK Custom Accounts team. He has primary responsibility for the management of, and delivery of investment performance for, five UK pension fund custom account investment property portfolios (approx. £1 billion AUM). Tom is responsible for setting and implementing portfolio-level strategies and acting as interface with client investors. Tom has both European and UK real estate experience, having undertaken a six-month secondment to LaSalle’s Paris office in 2022, managing a €1 billion pan-European property portfolio on behalf of a French pension fund.
Tom joined LaSalle in September 2013, following two years on the graduate scheme at JLL. He initially spent a year working in LaSalle’s Asset Management team, prior to moving to the Fund Management team in 2014. Tom has wide-ranging transactional experience, working on acquisitions and disposals across all main UK commercial property sectors (including industrial/logistics, office, retail, hotel, student accommodation, and healthcare).
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Durham University (First Class Honours) and a distance-learning Master of Science in Surveying from the University of Reading (Distinction). Tom is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum.
